Delhi Police detained a 24-year-old hairdresser from Bijnor, Mohd Arish, for alleged links to a hand-grenade attack in Gurdaspur. He is among three suspects accused of being part of a terror module run by Pakistan-based gangster Shahzad Bhatti. Investigations revealed illegal weapon sales and incriminating chat messages.
