Bengaluru: Airport café staff booked over worm in food, youth alleges false extortion case

A 19-year-old has filed a complaint against an airport restaurant five months after allegedly finding a worm in his food. He claims the establishment then falsely accused him of extortion. Police found no evidence of extortion by the youth, and a case has now been registered against the restaurant for food adulteration and other charges.
