Mirza Shadab Baig, a key accused in the 2008 Delhi and Ahmedabad serial bombings, remains at large and is believed to be in Pakistan. Baig, who headed the Azamgarh module of the Indian Mujahideen, was instrumental in merging terror groups and conducting recce operations. His network linked both serial bombings, which resulted in numerous casualties.
