Delhi experienced its highest maximum temperature of the season on Monday, with several areas exceeding 44°C. The India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for heatwave conditions, forecasting temperatures to reach 45°C by Friday. Maximum temperatures are expected to rise by approximately 2°C over the next two days.
