Filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah has won a 16-year-old cheque dishonour case related to his 2009 film London Dreams. Shah’s company provided financial aid to complete the movie, but the repayment cheque bounced. The Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court convicted producers PJ Singh and Gita Bhalla Singh, ordering them to pay within 90 days or face nine months imprisonment.
