Iran has announced the Strait of Hormuz is fully open for commercial vessels. This decision is linked to a ceasefire in Lebanon. The passage will be open for the remaining truce period on a coordinated route. Previously, Iran had restricted passage to certain vessels. A separate US-Iran ceasefire is also nearing its end.
