The CBI has appealed the Delhi High Court against a trial court’s decision to discharge all 23 accused, including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, in the Delhi excise policy case. The trial court found no prima facie case of conspiracy or criminal intent, criticizing the prosecution’s reliance on conjecture. The High Court will hear the CBI’s challenge on March 9.
