Two brothers from Saharanpur were killed in Chandigarh when a speeding Mahindra Thar, driven by an 18-year-old, rammed their motorcycle. The victims were en route to meet a relative when the accident occurred near Kalagram. The SUV driver was apprehended shortly after the incident.
