A passenger bus veered off a road and plunged into the Trishuli River in Dhading, Nepal, early Monday, resulting in at least 18 fatalities and 25 injuries. The bus, en route from Pokhara to Kathmandu, was carrying over 35 passengers when the accident occurred. Rescue operations are underway, though challenging due to the nighttime incident.
