Delhi biker death case: Contractor who’d dug pit came, saw and left as victim lay there for hours

A 25-year-old biker died after falling into a 14-foot pit in Janakpuri. The sub-contractor who dug the pit was arrested after he allegedly saw the victim and left without calling for help. The pit was dug just hours before the accident, with no warning signs or barricades.
