The CBFC has approached the Supreme Court regarding the censor row for Thalapathy Vijay’s film ‘Jana Nayagan’, pushing its release further. After a single judge favored producers for immediate certification, the CBFC challenged this, leading the Madras High Court’s division bench to order a fresh hearing. The film’s release is now entirely dependent on court outcomes.
