CBI has filed a chargesheet against four Punjab Police personnel, naming Inspector Ronnie Singh as the prime accused in the assault on Colonel Pushpinder Bath. Charges of attempted murder were dropped, replaced with ‘causing grievous hurt’ and ‘wrongful restraint’ following a parking dispute.
