Twenty-three senior students face charges after a severe ragging incident in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. Juniors were allegedly forced to procure alcohol and cigarettes, and subjected to physical abuse with weapons. When the college’s Admin Head intervened, he was also attacked. Three students have been arrested, with a manhunt underway for the others.
