The Supreme Court will order an expedited hearing for lawyer-activist Surendra Gadling in the 2016 Surajgarh arson case, acknowledging his seven-year incarceration without trial. The court will also address the appointment of a judge to the special court and the transfer of evidence from the NIA court.
