A 13-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by two youths in Kanpur’s Bilhaur area on Monday night. The victim, who went to an outdoor washroom, was reportedly taken to a nearby house. She returned home hours later and informed her family. A complaint has been filed, and police are actively searching for the accused.
