Elon Musk is suing OpenAI and Microsoft for $134 billion, alleging fraud and a departure from the company’s non-profit origins. Musk claims he was defrauded of his initial $38 million seed money and is entitled to a portion of OpenAI’s current valuation. Both OpenAI and Microsoft deny the allegations, calling the lawsuit baseless harassment.
