Goa police apprehended a Russian man, Alexei Leonov, after his live-in partner was found murdered in Arambol. Investigations revealed a second Russian woman, a mutual friend, was also a victim, with similar methods used in both killings. Witness accounts point to a violent altercation preceding the partner’s death, leading to Leonov’s escape and subsequent arrest.
