‘Wakf has no locus standi’: Madras HC upholds single bench’s order; allows lighting deepam atop hill

The court found no valid reason to deny this practice. The stone pillar is located on Devasthanam land. The court directed the Devasthanam to comply with the order during the Karthigai festival.
