Police apprehended a 24-year-old man in Uttam Nagar after he allegedly broke into a house in Mohan Garden. Disguised as a woman to avoid CCTV detection, he stole jewellery, watches, and a handicam with an associate. The arrest has helped solve ten theft and snatching cases. Recovered items include silver anklets, a handicam, and five mobile phones.
