Bagalagunte police arrested Subham Shukla, a 27-year-old textile businessman. He is accused of cheating a woman of gold and cash exceeding Rs 75 lakh. Shukla also allegedly raped her 16-year-old sister. The victims’ father filed the complaint. Shukla has been remanded in judicial custody. Investigations are ongoing.
