AI chip startup Groq has inked a non-exclusive licensing deal with Nvidia, reportedly valued at $20 billion. This agreement will see significant payouts for Groq employees and shareholders, with most of the fee disbursed upfront. While Groq will continue as an independent entity, key personnel, including its founder, will join Nvidia to advance licensed technology.
