Police arrested a tenant, Himanshu Yadav, for allegedly robbing and murdering his 65-year-old landlady in Rohini. Driven by anger over rent arrears and humiliation, Yadav strangled Naresh Kumari and stole her jewelry. He then fled across several states, mortgaging the stolen items before being apprehended in Delhi.
