Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, co-owners of Goa’s fire-ravaged nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane, were detained by Thai police in Phuket after fleeing India following a blaze that killed 25. With passports suspended, they were tracked and held in immigration custody. Indian authorities aim to deport them within four days. Police continue investigating, having already arrested six staff members linked to the fire.
