A pilgrimage group of 37 from Chittoor district met with a tragic accident on a ghat road near Tulasipaka while en route to Annavaram. The vehicle reportedly lost control on a sharp curve, hitting a safety wall. Nine bodies have been recovered, with officials anticipating an increase in the death toll.
