Delhi horror: 4-yr-old girl kidnapped, sexually assaulted; accusedthrashedby group of locals

A 4-year-old girl was kidnapped and sexually assaulted in Narela by 25-year-old Rizwan, who was later arrested. The accused, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, lured the child into an empty room and locked it from the inside. The girl was rescued by her teacher and locals before police intervention.
