JDU’s working president Sanjay Kumar Jha indicated that party members and supporters desire for Nishant Kumar, son of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, to enter politics. Jha stated the decision rests with the 49-year-old engineer. Nishant, who has recently increased his public presence and praised his father’s governance, declined to comment on the matter.
