A rape survivor has approached the Supreme Court to cancel Asaram Bapu’s bail, granted on medical grounds by Rajasthan and Gujarat High Courts. The survivor’s counsel argues that the 84-year-old godman is traveling and not seriously ill, misusing court relief. A medical board previously found his condition stable, not requiring hospitalization.
