A former BrahMos Aerospace scientist, Nishant Agarwal, has been cleared of espionage and cyber terrorism charges by the Bombay High Court. While exonerated of passing missile secrets, he was convicted for possessing classified information on a personal device, receiving a three-year sentence. Having already served longer, his release is anticipated.
