Enforcement Directorate has alleged that Al-Falah University chancellor Javed Ahmed Siddiqui fraudulently obtained Delhi land by forging documents of deceased Hindu landowners. The agency claims a fake General Power of Attorney, dated 2004, was used to transfer property in Madanpur Khadar to a trust linked to Siddiqui. The investigation into this alleged land scam is ongoing with Siddiqui in ED custody.
