Music composer Palash Muchhal, deeply attached to Smriti’s father, also fell ill due to emotional stress and required hospitalisation. Doctors suspect stress triggered the father’s condition amidst hectic wedding preparations. The family remains hopeful for a swift recovery and a future wedding.
