A 29-year-old software engineer was allegedly defrauded of Rs 48 lakh by a self-proclaimed Ayurvedic healer and a medicine shop. The healer sold him costly herbal products, claiming they would cure his sexual health issues. The victim’s health reportedly worsened after consuming the medicines, leading to kidney complications.
