A woman doctor, Dr. Shaheen Sayeed, is a key suspect in a terror investigation involving a “white-collar” network. The probe intensified after a deadly car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort, linked to the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed. Eight individuals, including three doctors, were arrested with significant explosives seized.
