Anil Menon, a U.S. Space Force Colonel, will journey to the International Space Station for eight months. He is the first NASA astronaut of Malayali descent to travel into space. His mission includes studying microgravity’s effects on human health and manufacturing. Menon will also test new technologies for producing IV fluids and performing ultrasounds. This expedition marks a significant milestone for Kerala and human space exploration.
