Eighteen pilgrims sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision involving several buses and a car. The accident occurred on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district early Monday. All injured pilgrims were promptly taken to the Ramban district hospital for treatment. They had sustained only minor injuries and were reported to be in stable condition. Police have initiated an investigation into the cause of the unfortunate pile-up.
