Kyle Sandilands’ former weekend getaway is drawing significant attention in the property market. The broadcaster’s Glenorie estate has become one of New South Wales’ most-viewed property listings after receiving an $800,000 price cut. The semi-rural Hills District estate was first listed for sale in late February and was passed in at auction in May. Initially marketed with a price guide of $5.7 million to $5.9 million, the property is now listed for between $4.9 million and $5.1 million.
