The Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu has launched SPARSH 2.0, a new housing initiative to boost affordable rental homes for workers and the economically weaker sections. Government agencies and PSUs are encouraged to build or convert complexes into low-cost rental units, aiming to enhance living conditions and support the ‘Housing for All’ mission.
