Authorities in Delhi have busted an illegal spice manufacturing unit in Khari Baoli, seizing over 800 kg of counterfeit spices. The operation uncovered grinding machinery and a large quantity of non-edible adulterants, including industrial dyes, mixed with common spices like red chilli and turmeric.
