Accused husband Samarth Singh has informed the Madhya Pradesh high court of his willingness to surrender in the Twisha Sharma dowry death case. His lawyer requested the trial court to hear his bail plea on the surrender day, a move opposed by the Solicitor General. The hearing also addressed a plea for a second post-mortem examination.
