Elon Musk has lost his $150 billion lawsuit against OpenAI. A nine-person Oakland jury has unanimously cleared OpenAI, Sam Altman, Greg Brockman and Microsoft in Elon Musk’s $150 billion lawsuit, ruling the Tesla CEO sued too late. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers dismissed the case on the spot. Musk had accused them of “stealing a charity” he co-founded in 2015. The verdict clears OpenAI’s path to a planned $1 trillion IPO.
