Tragic news from Kheri district as 25 Himalayan griffon vultures and two dogs succumbed to insecticide poisoning. Autopsy reports confirm Carbofuran, a potent pesticide, killed the animals. Vultures likely ingested the poison after feeding on the dogs, which had consumed poisoned rice allegedly set out to eliminate them. Authorities are now hunting for those responsible.
