Streamer Dalton “ChudTheBuilder” Eatherly was arrested after a courthouse shooting in Clarksville, Tennessee. Soon after, a viral screenshot claimed he posted racist comments on Facebook about the incident. However, there is no verified evidence the Facebook post was real. Authorities charged Eatherly with attempted murder and other firearm-related offenses following the shooting investigation.
