C Joseph Vijay will be sworn in as Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister on Sunday at 10 am. He secured the required majority with support from Congress, CPI, CPM, VCK, and IUML. The governor has directed Vijay to seek a vote of confidence in the assembly by May 13.
