A 104-year-old voter, Sk Ibrahim, who has voted since Independence, faced anxiety when his name was initially removed from the electoral roll due to a name discrepancy. Despite missing the vote-from-home option, the East Burdwan administration facilitated his visit to the polling booth. Ibrahim, sharp and lucid, expressed happiness at voting again, questioning the initial adjudication.
