The US Navy intercepted and boarded an Iranian-flagged cargo vessel, the TOUSKA, in the Gulf of Oman after it ignored warnings and attempted to bypass a blockade. The USS Spruance disabled the ship’s propulsion, and US Marines took custody. In retaliation, Iran launched drones towards US warships.
