A local politician, reportedly upset over not being invited to a cricket tournament’s final, drove a tractor onto the pitch in Dharangaon, India, and vandalized it. The shocking incident, captured on video, rendered the field unplayable, forcing the match to be called off. While police intervened, organisers opted not to file a formal complaint.
