Nashik police have served a notice to an IT company’s HR officer, who is a suspect in eight sexual exploitation complaints filed by women employees. The HR officer allegedly failed to act on a complaint of harassment, advising the victim to “stay cool” due to common MNC work culture. Six employees have already been arrested in connection with the case.
