Intel has partnered with Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Tesla, and xAI for the “Terafab” semiconductor manufacturing project. The collaboration aims to “refactor” silicon fabrication to produce 1 Terawatt of computing power annually, crucial for future AI and robotics advancements. Intel will contribute its expertise in chip design, fabrication, and packaging to this ambitious initiative.
