A Ukrainian strike on the Bilorichenska coal mine in Russian-controlled Luhansk has trapped at least 41 miners underground. The strike damaged a power substation, cutting electricity and leaving workers stranded. Efforts are underway to rescue the miners and restore power, with contact established and drinking water available.
