A Punjab & Sind Bank guard allegedly shot and killed the branch manager in Ghaziabad after a heated argument over leave and salary issues. The incident occurred in the manager’s cabin in front of staff and customers. The accused, a former Army personnel, was later arrested after being found drinking.
