Police in Saharanpur have registered an FIR against unidentified members of the Hindu Raksha Dal for allegedly defacing a sound barrier on the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway with a message targeting Muslims. An NHAI employee filed the complaint after local residents reported the graffiti. A video circulating online appears to show a group taking responsibility for the act.
